Brain Awareness Week is the global campaign to foster public enthusiasm and support for brain science. Every March, partners host imaginative activities in their communities that share the wonders of the brain and the impact brain science has on our everyday lives.
Regional Science Centre & Planetarium, Calicut is participating in this year's Brain Awareness Week by organising a workshop on 'BRAIN AWARENESS' detailed below. The workshop will be from March 15 - 21, 2021 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Day 2 Understanding Memory; Brain Puzzles
Day 3 Understanding Illusions; Protecting your brain
Day 4 Neurons - Structural & Functional aspects
Day 5 BCI - Brain Computer Interface
Day 6 Autopsies
Day 7 Brain on Depression; Brain waves; Sleep & Brain
Target Participants: Students studying in Class 8 and above. (Others interested may also participate)
